Timothy | Chief Technical Officer
Timothy has served as our company chief technical officer since March 2018. He is an experienced technologist with a track record of scheming, managing and implementing innovative technical solutions.
On joining Mhm on March 2017 as a senior technical officer, he was promoted to chief technical officer in 2019. He was made responsible for the design and implementation of our transmission, wireless and ip networks. Timothy is currently developing and implementing modern operating models to enable MHM cable limited become the top most and favorite choice for customers in the country.
Prior to joining MhmCable Limited, Timothy worked for Rasmilink as a technical officer
Brian Katavi | Customer Experience Agent
Brian Katavi has been a Customer experience agent working alongside the executive team of MhmCable Limited since April, 2020. Brian plays a big role in Customer service and is in charge of giving customer support by answering questions, troubleshooting, filing their complaints, and helping them find the right products. Brian determines clients’ eligibility for products or services and reports problems to the company.
Brian is a powerful force in the workplace and uses his positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage and keep in touch with the companies’ clients so as to ensure that each client is service satisfied.
Brian is inspired daily by Podcasts by Myles Munroe. In his free time, Brian likes to cycle, read and has enriched taste in National geographic.

Jacinta has been resourceful to the company.
She manages calls, company log’s as well as keeps and updates clients’ databases.
